SHIPPING POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days of order confirmation unless otherwise indicated. We always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible; if your order is a rush please contact us at redfoxjeeps@gmail.com and we will work to expedite it.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes as UPS (our shipping provider) does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
MY ORDER NEVER SHOWED UP? WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at redfoxjeeps@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. All shipments are insured with the carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges on all full-priced pieces in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of your purchase. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you (excluding shipping costs). Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (excluding shipping costs) and he will find out about your return. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure delivery, as we can't guarantee receipt of the item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
